Mornings with June at Hackberry lake

Today found me up early and out the door before 5AM to catch a sunrise session. Sadly didn't catch the sunrise, but that's okay. The session still was great. I had the pleasure to work with June again today. Hackberry lake recreational area is agreta place to do photos at.

We did three different looks for the Hackberry off road recreation area. This is a spot that folks go to ride thier side by sides and other off road vehicles to have fun. Well today we started out with a beautiful red dress and ended with a black bikini and a green throw over.

June is always great to work with and always has fresh ideas and she definitley has that fashion look to her. Long blonde hair and tall. She glides thru the sand quite well and she actually mentioned she was more comfortable in the bikini than the red ress (guess it's from all the fitness competitions) LOL!

See video below!

Now, I had a handfull of issues to contend with, the wind being ther major one and yes it was blowing at about 15 MPH the whole itme. Forgot what it's like to eat sand and have gum in your mouth. YUM!

I decide not to bring the gimbal (moving electronics and sand, nope) and shoot handheld which worked pretty good with the @smallrig cage and accessories to make it a hefty rig. I used the 7Artisans 35mm T1.05 and the Sirui 56mm f2.8 lens for the vidoe as well as my Air 2s for the video. But I do think next time IW ill risk it and use the gimbal to keep the images steadier. But I still like how the vidoe turned out.

So sit back, enjoy and I'll see you on the next post!
